A Moxie Movement Leads
Part of our organization is providing opportunities to young women for leadership positions. We want to empower you to use your skills and passions to serve our local community. We are 100% volunteer based.
We are currently looking for Administrators to help expand our work. Allies are encouraged to join our leadership team.
Executive Board : The job of the board is to ensure our curriculum, action and engagement fit within our mission and vision.
Directors: The job of the director is to oversee and lead one of three "E's Teams". They communicate to executive board action plans and resource needs.
Supervisors: The role of the supervisor is to be in collaboration with one of the Team Directors to strategies on action plans and coach administrators.
Administrations: The role of the administration is to make direct action strategies practical. They administer plans and make them reality. They are able to be in one or more teams.

A Moxie Movement is unique in that we encourage women to use our foundation, resources and curriculum to form their own local moxie movement. Below is more information on starting your own AMM in your job, campus, or community.

Moxie Members are invited to utilize, join and participate in our events, meetings and collaborations. We want to be a resources for young women in our local cities. This is recommended for the busy mom, student or workers.
Members can:

We understand the importance of mentors. Although AMM is to/for/by young women ages 18 to 30, we believe all women are vital to our personal growth. We also understand to be in our community is to support our community. Check out below what roles you can play.
Professionals : The role of a professional within AMM, would be to work together to give women in our community affordable and accessible resources/services. We also want to use our purchasing/woman power to help you out.
Professors : The role of a professor or teacher within AMM would be to guide our curriculum to the latest research and understanding on systems, intersectionality and identities. Advice/tips on how to educate general public in a practical and affordable way.
Elders: The role of the Elders is to help mentor young women in similar career fields, passions and interests. These women will be the spiritual backbone of our leadership and membership.
